Formed in 1918 the Real Estate Institute of Queensland (REIQ) is the State’s peak professional association for the real estate industry.

The REIQ has been producing quality research for decades. The Institute's research publication Queensland Property & Lifestyle aims to serve two purposes: to provide accurate quality property sales data to consumers, and to provide advice and information about buying and selling property in Queensland.

Published quarterly, the magazine provides consumer information relating to the real estate industry specifically targeted towards buyers and sellers of property in Queensland – people living in this state, other states and overseas. The magazine aims to provide a ‘one-stop-shop’ for property research data and consumer information.

The REIQ is regarded by the Queensland community as a credible source of property-related information; this has been highlighted by the success of REIQ property magazines and the constant demand for data and advice from a ‘trusted and reliable source’.
