PROOFS

material on disk, please provide a high-quality digital proof and full colour

Inkjet printers, colour lasers and
other desktop printers are not accurate
proofing
devices. Significant colour and font variations can
occur between
prints from these devices and the
final printed ad in the magazine. While we
will
accept them as proofs for disk files, we will not be
responsible for
colour variations or other
problems between such proofs and the final printed
version of the ad.
SUPPLYING
FONTS
If your application has a 'Convert Fonts to Curves' option, using
this option eliminates the need to
supply fonts with your document. If the
files are
created on PC, you MUST use this function. Mac files may retain
your text as fonts but you must
supply them with the document.
If supplying
Photoshop files, flatten text layers and/or save as CMYK tiff files so that
fonts aren't
required.
